This series contemplates the idea of quiet hospitality, using light as the main vehicle of slowing down the time in each frame. The mark making in this series, like in most of my work, acts as a tool to capture & portray rhythm. Together, those elements invite the viewer to recognize how the mundane, quiet moments are usually the ones most infused with pure care, pure hospitality, pure other-centered love.
